Das blaue Licht des Computers fängt unseren müden Blick. Seit Tagen verfolgen wir live mit, wie tausende Menschen im Gazastreifen von den Bomben der Besatzungsmacht getötet werden. Wie Menschen als Tiere und als Barbaren bezeichnet und so zum Abschuss freigegeben werden. Es ist Wut in uns, Wut auf das, was Palästinenser:innen seit Jahrzehnten unter der Besetzung aushalten müssen. Wut darüber, was wir täglich auf der Straße erleben müssen, in der Konfrontation mit der rassistischen Aufstandsbekämpfung der Bullen.

Und Wut darüber, dass so viele, die unsere Gefährt:innen, unsere Genoss:innen sein sollten uns immer dann verraten werden, wenn ihre weiße übermacht in Frage gestellt wird. Das sie mit großen Eifer die ausgestreckte Hand des Staates ergreifen, um an der Reproduktion der kolonialen Strukturen dieses Systems zu wirken und die deutsche Volksgemeinschaft im Gegensatz zum „Fremden“ zu konstituieren. Dass sie uns nicht vor den Angriffen des Staates verteidigen und uns im Angesicht der Repression im Stich lassen.

Überrascht hat es uns nicht, denn wir wissen um die Kontinuität rassistischen Denkens in diesem Territorium, wir erleben es täglich auf der Straße, in Plena, wir lesen es täglich in der Zeitung oder auf Indy. Die fehlende Aufarbeitung der kolonialen Geschichte, die Nichtbeteiligung der Betroffenen in der so hochgelobten Erinnerungskultur, das kollektive Profitieren von der imperialen Rolle Deutschlands haben ihre Folgen gehabt. Es war uns klar, wie oberflächlich am strukturellen Rassismus in der Szene gearbeitet wurde, wie tief aber die eingelernte Überheblichkeit und Ignoranz sitzen.

Überrascht hat es uns nicht, denn auch wenn einige „Sozialrevolutionäre“ es nicht glauben mögen, haben wir uns mit den Debatten und den Positionen der Antideutschen beschäftigt, um den Niedergang der radikalen und antiautoritären Linken auf diesem Territorium des deutschen Staates zu verstehen.

Und nach all der Lektüre glauben wir immer noch nicht, dass die Legitimierung der Apartheidspolitik des israelischen Staates mit der historischen Verantwortung für die Shoa erklärt werden kann, so oft es auch wiederholt wird. Denn wie könnte sich aus einem „Nie Wieder!“ ergeben, sich hinter den Staatsterror zu stellen, den alle Menschen in Palästina erleben müssen, die nicht Teil des zionistischen Projekts eines ethnisch-jüdischen Staates sind.

Nein, das ist kein Schuldkomplex, der hier zum tragen kommt, kein edles Motiv, sondern eine rassistische Denkweise, die Israel als Bastion westlicher Zivilastion inmitten der Barbaren des globalen Südens sieht. Dieser „Anderen“, deren Leben keinen Wert hat, deren Tote keine Namen und keine Geschichte haben, deren Leid nicht berücksichtigt werden kann, deren politische Analyse nicht objektiv ist, deren Kämpfe mit dem Leben hier in Deutschland so wenig zu tun haben. Mit denen sich manch einer zeitweise solidarisieren mag, sie vielleicht sogar eine Zeit lang glorifizieren wird, doch die immer die Anderen bleiben werden, niemals auf Augenhöhe, im Zweifel fallen gelassen.

Und so kommt es, dass 30 Jahre nach der Wiedervereinigung sich endlich alle deutschen kollektiv gruseln dürfen, sich ganz ohne Schuldgefühle sogar Linksradikale wundern können, ob doch nicht zu viele gekommen sind. War es nicht immer schon ein bedrohendes Gefühl wenn wir in anderen Sprachen -über wen? Über WEN? – geredet haben? Muss man doch mal fragen dürfen, ob wir uns genug assimi… entschuldigung integriert haben? Es ist Zeit Stellung zu beziehen. Jetzt muss die Volksgemeinschaft gegen den inneren Feind zusammenstehen! Die Leitkultur mit Knüppel einprügeln, Europa muss aus der Bedeutungslosigkeit gerettet werden! Schon die alten Griechen – oh glorreicher Ursprung aller Kultur und Zivilisation – wussten, dass es ohne Sklaven keine Demokratie geben kann!

Aus dem Multikultischlaf aufgewacht suchen sie überstürzt Distanz, wo nie Nähe bestand. Wenn der Staat die Gunst der Stunde nutzt, um auf dem Rücken der Toten in Palästina die seit Monaten laufende Repressionskampagne gegen Samidoun anzuheizen, stehen sie Bereit, vergessen die Prinzipien der Solidarität, die Kritik des hegemonialen Diskurses, den Kampf gegen Staat und Nation.

Und wir? Wir machen den Computer aus und gehen zurück auf die Straße und kämpfen für ein freies Palästina, in dem alle Menschen frei von Unterdrückung leben können und für alle Gefährt:innen und Genoss:innen, die vom deutschen Staat verfolgt werden.

The blue light of the computer catches our tired gaze. For days we have been following the killings of thousands in the Gaza Strip by the occupation forces. Watching as humans were called animals and barbarians to mark them as targets. We are full of anger. Anger about everything Palestinians endured under the occupation for decades. Anger about our daily experience of racist counterinsurgency by the cops in our neighborhoods.

And anger about our supposed comrades and accomplices that will always betray us, when their white supremacy is put into question. They will happily follow the states invitation, to reproduce the colonial structures of this system and to constitute the national unity against the „other“. The will not protect us against the states attacks and will abandon us in face of repression.

We were not surprised, as we know about the continuity of racist thought in this territory, we see it on the street, in plenaries, we read it in the newspaper and on Indymedia, every day. The missing recognition of colonial history, the exclusion of the affected from the much appraised „Culture of Remembrance“, the collective profiting from germanys imperial status have paid their deeds. It was obvious to us, how superficially the scene worked on structural racism, and how deeply the learned arrogance and ignorance were rooted.

We were not surprised, though some „social revolutionaries“ might not believe it, we have learned about the debates and positions of the antideutsch, to understand the demise of the radical and antiauthoritarian left on the territory of the german state.

But even after all the readings, we still don’t think that the legitimation of the state of israels apartheid politics can be explained out of the special historical responsibility for the Shoa. How could „Never again!“ mean to support the state terrorism that all people in Palestine have to suffer if they are not part of the zionist project of a ethnically-jewish state.

No, it is not feelings of guilt that play a role here, no noble motivation, but a racist mindset that sees the state of Israel as a outpost of western civilization in the middle of the barbarians of the global south. These „others“, who’s life is of any value, who’s dead have no names and no history, who’s suffering cannot be taken into account , who’s political opinion is not objective, who’s fights have so little to do with life here in Germany. With whom some might be in solidarity, even glorify them for while, though they will always remain the other, never be equals and will always be dropped if convenient.

Finally 30 years after the reunification all germans are allowed to feel fear, even radical leftist can now wonder without feelings of guilt, whether to many foreigners were allowed to come in. It was always a bit creepy for them, when we talked in our languages, wasn’t it? It has to be asked, if we are sufficiently assimil… excuse me, integrated. It is time to take position! The „Leitkultur“ has to be beaten into our bodies with cubs, europe must be saved from irrelevance! The old Greeks – oh noble origin of all culture and civilization – knew that there is no democracy without slaves.

Woken from the dreams of multiculturalism they search distance, where there was never affinity. When the state sentimentalizes the dead in Palestine to push its running campaign of repression against Samidoun, they are ready to join. Forgotten are the principles of solidarity, the critique of the hegemonic discourse, the fight against state and nation.

And we? We turn off the computer and walk back to the streets. To fight for a free Palestine where all peoples can life free of oppression and for all the comrades and accomplices that are persecuted by the German state.
