Sofortige Abschiebung aller Bullen, Richter_innen, Politiker_innen!

Im Rahmen der Versammlungen für den Tag des Gedenkens und Kämpfens, 12 Jahre nach dem Aufstand von ’08 nach der Ermordung des Anarchisten Alexis Grigoropoulos durch die Hände der Bullen Korkonea und Saralioti, entsteht ein neues Regime von staatlichen Maßnahmen mit totalitären Merkmalen.Es setzt auf ganzem Gebiet ein Versammlungs- und Demonstrationsverbot durch, nachdem dies einige Monate vorher gesetzlich ermöglicht wurde, und begründet das als COVID-19 Maßnahme.Exarchia wird belagert von Bullen, nur um Versammlungen und Demos unmöglich zu machen. Niemand darf zum Denkmal des ermordeten Alexis, weder Individuen noch politische Gruppen, Kollektive, Versammlungen. Vom Morgengrauen an ist Exarchia eine militarisiertes Gebiet.

Polizei an jeder Ecke

Stehende Polizeieinheiten (Zivis, Spezialeinheit, Riot cops) kontrollieren die Personalien aller sich im Gebiet befindenden.Gleichzeitig attackieren mobile Einheiten auf Motorrädern (DELTA) bei jeder Gelegenheit, um Angst zu erzeugen und diejenigen festzunehmen, die sich von der Sperre nicht aus Exarchia vertreiben lassen wollen. Eine Sperre gegen die politische Entscheidung jeder einzelnen zu protestieren, wie in der Öffentlichkeit sich nur aufzuhalten, und gegen die Bedeutung einer sozialen Nutzung des Öffentlichen Raumes selbst.

In einer dieser Attacken wird der anarchistische Genosse Errol (mit französischem Pass) verhaftet und nach GADA (Athens zentrale Polizeistation) gebracht. Nach vielen Stunden und nachdem alle anderen schon mit einem Strafzettel gehen gelassen wurden, wird er über die Entscheidung zu seiner Deportation informiert und in die Abschiebehaft Petrou Ralli überführt.

Die Knäste Petrou Rallis und Amygdaleza

Die Narrenfreiheit und Rachsucht des Staats und seiner Mechanismen enden nach kurzer Zeit in erneuter Überführung ins Abschiebelager Amygdaleza, nur einen Tag nach einer solidarischen Intervention und dem starken Protest gegen die Haftbedingungen. Von dem Drecksloch Petrou Rallis bis zu dem Amygdalas baut und verwaltet der Staat fortwährend Strukturen, die Menschen in Haft die einfachsten Bedürfnisse verweigern, wie Zugang zu Essen, Medizin, Information und Kontakt mit der Draußen-Welt. In dieser Hölle von physischem und psychischem Missbrauch sind die unmenschlichen Bedingungen seit langem Ausgangspunkt von Kämpfen innerhalb und außerhalb der Mauern. Gemeinsame Kämpfe, Aufstände und Hungerstreiks sind das wiederkehrende Behaupten der Würde der Eingesperrten. Das muss uns daran erinnern, dass die Unterdrückten immer Wege zu kämpfen finden und die totalitäre Abwertung ihres sozialen und politischen Status beantworten werden.

Die Entscheidung, den Genossen Errol abzuschieben, ist politisch…

…und Teil einer anhaltenden Rachetaktik des Regimes gegen anarchistische und antirepressive Kämpfer_innen. Alle mächtigen politischen Feinde müssen eingesperrt und auf Abstand gehalten werden, um sie zu entwaffnen und außer Gefecht zu setzen. In flüssiger Weiterführung der staatlichen Repression ist die Inhaftierung des Genossen in Petrou Ralli sofort eine politische und wird unter besonderen Bedingungen ausgeführt. Wie vorauszusehen war, landet er in Isolationshaft, um ihm von anderen Inhaftierten zu trennen und wird dann brutal an einen anderen Ort überführt, in das Lager Amygdaleza, wo er wieder isoliert wird.Auf diese Weise verhindert der Staat politische Aktivität im inneren und zwingt ihn in körperliche, wie in politische Isolation, und zielt auf psychische Aufgabe.

Einige Tage danach veröffentlicht der Direktor Petrou Rallis die Entscheidung zu seiner Abschiebung als ein 7 Jähriges Verbot, griechisches Gebiet zu betreten mit der Ergänzung um Deportation durch die Nationalen Sicherheitsbehörden. In seinem Fall wird mit der Gefährdung öffentlicher Ordnung und nationaler Sicherheit argumentiert.

Sicherlich baut dieses Verfahren auf auf seiner anarchistischen politischen Identität, seiner kämpferischen Haltung und aktiver Teilnahme in sozialen und politischen Kämpfen. Eine weitere Entscheidung, in der langen Reihe kriminalisierter politischer Kämpfer_innen. Ein weiter Versuch, das Dogma von „Law and Order“ methodisch durchzusetzen,ist Nea Dimokratias (die regierende Partei, „Neue Demokratie“) Haltung der Tilgung aller kämpfenden politischen Subjekte. So wollen sie alle verurteilen, die sich für Kollektivierung und aktive Teilnahme an den Widerständen gegen Staat und Kapital entscheiden, die Flamme des Aufstands entzünden und den Weg zu einer freien Gesellschaft öffnen.

Die Verhaftung Errols zeigt einen Anstieg der Repression, zeigt, dass die Verfolgung von kleinen Delikten in Haft und Abschiebung enden kann. Der eingefrorene Zustand des sozialen Widerstands muss enden und der Kampf für die Einstellung des Verfahrens gegen unseren Genossen ist ein Schritt in diese Richtung.

IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION TO COPS, JUDGES, POLITICIANS

In the context of the gatherings called for the day of remembrance and struggle 12 years after the insurrection of ’08 for the state murder of anarchist Alexis Grigoropoulos by the armed hand of cops Korkoneas and Saraliotis, a new regime of state management with clear totalitarian characteristics is set in motion. Greece enforces its total ban on gatherings and demonstrations, voted a few months before under the pretext of the management of the Covid19 pandemic. The neighbourhood of Exarchia is under siege by the uniformed forces of the state, which have their aim set on eradicating any possibility for gatherings and demonstrations to happen. The governmental political decision is to completely forbid access to the spot of the memorial of murdered Alexis for collectives, political groups and assemblies that have called for gatherings as well as for any individual who wants to approach. Meanwhile, since the dawn of this very day the neighbourhood is turned into a military zone as a result of the ban and its enforcement.Police in every corner Static police forces (undercovers, special guards and riot cops) check with extreme scrutiny the personal information of whoever finds themselves in the area. At the same time, mobile units of DELTA (cops on bikes) make frequent raids trying to create a scene and aiming to apprehend individuals that are not obeying the ban by refusing to leave the greater area of Exarchia. A ban that is imposed by the regime and which suppresses the political choice of each individual to protest and to exist in a public space as well as the meaning of social use of the public space itself. In one of these raids, the anarchist comrade Errol (of French nationality) is arrested and taken to GADA (Athens’ main police headquarters). After many hours of detention and whilst all other detainees have been let go with a fine – in compliance with the new state corporation-esque profit-seeking strategy put in place “due to” covid19 – he is told about his impending deportation decision and transferred to the hellhole of Petrou Ralli (Athens’ central detention centre).The prisons of Petrou Ralli and AmygdalezaThe impunity and vindictiveness of the state and its mechanisms lead anew and within minimum time to the transfer of the comrade to the detention centre of Amygdaleza, only one day after a solidarity intervention and his strong protest about the overall conditions of detention. From the hellhole of Petrou Ralli to the one of Amygdaleza, the state continues to build and administer human storages that daily deprive people of even the most self-explanatory needs such as access to food, medical treatment, information and contact with the outside world. In these brutal purgatories with long history of physical and psychological abuses towards the detainees, the inhuman conditions people find themselves in have long been the starting point of struggles and demands inside and outside the prison walls. The detainees have many times demanded their dignity through collective struggles, insurrections, and hunger strikes. This should remind us that they, the oppressed, will always find ways to fight and answer the totalitarian degradation of their political and social status.

The deportation decision of comrade Errol is outrightly political…and is to be included as part of a consistent vindictive tactic that the governmental mechanisms of each regime impose against anarchist fighters and all those who struggle against any kind of repression. Each political enemy of power will have to be distanced and imprisoned as to incapacitate and disarm them. In fluid continuation of the state repression, the detention of the comrade in Petrou Ralli is immediately turned political and executed under special terms. Predictably, he ends up being detained in isolation in order to separate him from the rest of the detainees and brutally transferred to another place, the camp of Amydgaleza, where he remains in isolation. This way, the state aspires to prevent him from stirring any political activity inside and to force as much his political and physical isolation as his psychological extermination.A couple of days later the direction of Petrou Ralli officially publishes the deportation decision of the comrade to a 7 year ban to enter the territory with a subsidiary deportation decision from the National Security. The case is set up with the argument that he poses a danger for the public order and national security.It is clear that this deportation is based on the political identity of the comrade as anarchist, his fighting stance and active participation in social and political struggles. and political struggles. This stands as yet another decision-conviction that is added to the long list of criminalisation of fighters; yet another attempt to exercise methods of political repression that the New Democracy government is enforcing as part of their “law-order-security” dogma – a doctrine that seeks to decimate and eradicate every fighting political subject. Through these methods, they look to convict whoever chooses to collectivise and participate actively in the resistances that rise up against state and capital, lighting the flame of insurrection and opening up the way to a free society.The arrest of Errol signifies a new repressive upgrade from the state by demonstrating that prosecution for misdemeanours can lead to the imprisonment and the deportation of political subjects. The state of paralysis and decimation of the social resistances must break and the struggle for the cessation of the prosecution of our comrade is another step towards this direction.

DÉPORTATION IMMÉDIATE POUR LES FLICS, LES JUGES ET LES POLITICIENS

Dans le contexte des rassemblements appelés pour la journée de commémoration et de lutte 12 ans après l’insurrection de ’08 pour le meurtre d’État de l’anarchiste Alexis Grigoropoulos par la main armée des flics Korkoneas et Saraliotis, un nouveau régime de gouvernance aux caractéristiques clairement totalitaires est mis en marche. La Grèce applique son interdiction totale des rassemblements et manifestations votée quelques mois auparavant sous le prétexte de la gestion de la pandémie Covid19. Le quartier d’Exarchia est assiégé par les forces en uniforme de l’État qui ont pour objectif d’éliminer toute possibilité de rassemblements et de manifestations. La décision politique de gouvernement est d’interdire complètement l’accès à l’emplacement du mémorial d’Alexis aux collectifs, groupes politiques et assemblées qui ont appelé aux rassemblements ainsi qu’à tout.e individu.e qui souhaite s’en approcher. Parallèlement, depuis l’aube du même jour, le quartier est transformé en zone militaire en raison de l’interdiction totale et de son application.

La police à chaque coin de rue

Les forces de police stationnaires (civils, gardes spéciaux et policiers anti-émeute) font examen minutieux des informations personnelles de quiconque se trouve dans la zone. Dans le même temps, des unités mobiles de DELTA (voltigeurs) font des raids en permanence, créant une ambiance et essayant d’appréhender les individu.e.s qui n’obéissent pas à l’interdiction et refusent de quitter Exarchia et ses environs. Une interdiction imposée par le régime et qui supprime le choix politique de chacun.e de protester et d’exister dans un espace public ainsi que le sens de l’usage social de l’espace public lui-même.

Lors de l’une de ces descentes, le camarade anarchiste Errol (de nationalité française) est arrêté et emmené à GADA (commissariat central d’Athènes). Après de nombreuses heures de garde à vue et alors que tous.tes les autres détenu.e.s ont été libéré.e.s avec une amende – conformément à la nouvelle stratégie de recherche de profit de type société d’État mise en place «en raison de» covid19 – il est informé de sa décision de déportation imminente et transféré à l’enfer de Petrou Ralli (centre de détention central d’Athènes).

Prisons de Petrou Ralli et Amygdaleza

L’impunité et la vengeance de l’État et de ses mécanismes conduisent à nouveau et dans un temps record au transfert du camarade au centre de détention d’Amygdaleza, juste un jour après l’intervention de solidarité et à la suite de ses vives protestations contre les conditions générales de détention. De l’enfer de Petrou Ralli jusqu’à celui d’Amygdaleza, l’État continue de construire et d’administrer des entrepôts d’humains, où les gens sont chaque jour privé même de leurs besoins les plus inaliénables comme l’accès à la nourriture, aux soins médicaux, à l’information et au contact avec le monde extérieur. Dans ces purgatoires violents au long passé d’abus physiques et psychologiques envers les détenu.e.s, les conditions inhumaines qui y existent ont longtemps été le point de départ de luttes et de revendications à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur des murs des prisons. Les détenu.e.s ont maintes fois réclamé leur dignité via des luttes collectives, des insurrections et des grèves de la faim, nous rappelant qu’elleux, opprimé.e.s, de leur côté trouveront toujours des moyens de lutter et de répondre à la dégradation totale de leur statut politique et social.

La décision de déportation du camarade Errol est éminemment politique

… et est en parfaitement cohérente avec une tactique de vengeance que chaque appareil du pouvoir utilise inlassablement contre les militant.e.s anarchistes ainsi que contre tous.tes celleux qui luttent contre toute répression. Chaque ennemi politique du pouvoir devra être éloigné et emprisonné afin d’être neutraliser et désarmer. Dans le prolongement naturel de la répression étatique, la détention du camarade à Petrou Rally a immédiatement pris une tournure politique et exécutée sous des conditions spéciales. Sans étonnement, il file tout droit à l’isolement afin de le séparer du reste des détenu.e.s et est brutalement transféré dans un autre endroit, le camp de détention d’Amygdales, où il est toujours actuellement à l’isolement. De cette manière, l’État aspire à l’empêcher d’avoir une quelconque activité politique à l’intérieur et de forcer ainsi son isolement aussi bien politique et physique ainsi que son extermination psychologique.

Quelques jours après son arrestation, la direction de Petrou Rally annonce officiellement la décision de déportation du camarade à 7 ans d’interdiction de territoire avec une décision de déportation subsidiaire de la Sécurité Nationale. Son dossier est construit sur l’argument qu’il représente un danger pour l’ordre public et la sécurité nationale.

Il est clair que cette déportation est motivée par l’identité politique du compagnon en tant qu’anarchiste, son engagement militant et sa participation active aux luttes sociales et politiques. C’est encore là une décision-condamnation qui s’ajoute à la longue liste de criminalisation des militant.e.s ; une tentative de mise en oeuvre de méthode de répression politique auxquelles le gouvernement Nouvelle Démocratie s’adonne au regard de son dogme « Loi-ordre-sécurité » visant à la décimation et l’éradication de tout sujet politique combattif, condamnant quiconque choisit de s’organiser collectivement et de prendre part active à la résistance qui gronde contre l’État et le capital, alimentant la flamme de l’insurrection et ouvrant la voie vers une société plus libre.

L’arrestation d’Errol témoigne d’une escalation de la répression étatique puisqu’on peut maintenant s’attendre à ce qu’une poursuite pour délit conduise à l’emprisonnement et à la déportation d’un sujet politique. L’état de paralysie et de décimation des résistances sociales doit s’arrêter là et être rompu, et la lutte pour l’abandon des poursuites contre notre camarade constitue un pas de plus dans cette direction.

Deportazione immediata a poliziotti, giudici, politici

Nel dodicesimo anniversario della rivolta del 2008 (scoppiata dopo l’omicidio di stato dell’anarchico Alexis Grigoropoulos da parte degli sbirri Korkoneas e Saraliotis che hanno ucciso questo giovane compagno sparandogli) abbiamo vissuto una repressione statale con caratteristiche totalmente nuove e particolarmente autoritarie. In tutto il paese i presidi e le manifestazioni sono vietati, secondo la nuova legge, fresca di alcuni mesi, volta alla gestione della pandemia del covid-19. Il quartiere di Exarhia è stato assediato dalle forze dell’ordine con l’obbiettivo di eliminare ogni possibilità di realizzazione di presidii e cortei poiché la decisione politica del regime era quella di vietare ogni presenza nel luogo dove è stato ucciso Alexis e in cui si trova il suo memoriale. Avvicinarsi a quel luogo si è rivelato totalmente impossibile perché già dall’alba era totalmente militarizzato.

In ogni angolo c’è la polizia

Ogni persona che si trovava nell’area veniva fermata e sottoposta a pervasivi controlli delle forze di polizia presenti con posti di blocco nel quartiere (digos, guardie speciali e MAT). Nel frattempo, gruppi delle forze DELTA realizzavano attacchi frequenti, provando a creare situazioni per fermare le persone che non sottostavano al divieto rifiutandosi di allontanarsi dal quartiere di Exarhia. Questo divieto è imposto dal regime e reprime la scelta politica di ogni persona di manifestare e di stare nel territorio pubblico.Durante uno di questi attacchi è stato fermato e poi trasferito a GADA (Nota del traduttore: Uffici centrali della Questura di Atene) il compagno anarchico Errol (di cittadinanza francese). Dopo molte ore e dopo il rilascio delle altre persone fermate (tutte multate per l’inosservanza delle nuove norme anti-covid), gli viene comunicata l’imminente decisione della sua deportazione e il trasferimento nel centro detentivo per migranti di Petru Ralli.

Le Carceri di Petru Ralli e Amigdaleza

L’arbitrarietà e la vendetta dello Stato e dei suoi meccanismi portano al nuovo trasferimento fast track del compagno al centro di detenzione di Amygdaleza, appena un giorno dopo il presidio di solidarietà che è stato fatto fuori dal carcere e dopo la sua protesta contro le condizioni detentive. Dall’inferno carcerario di P. Ralli a quello di Amigdaleza lo stato continua a costruire e mantenere “depositi per umani” negando ai reclusi quotidianamente anche quello che siamo abituatie a dare per scontato come l’accesso al cibo, la sanità, la comunicazione e il contatto con l’esterno. In queste carceri brutali la storia di abusi fisici e psicologici alle prigioniere e i prigionieri è lunga, queste condizioni disumane hanno fatto nascere lotte dentro e fuori le mura. Le detenute/i tante volte hanno lottato dignitosamente e collettivamente, con rivolte e scioperi della fame, ricordandoci che le persone oppresse trovano sempre i mezzi di lottare e rispondere alla degradazione del loro status politico e sociale. La decisione dell’espulsione del compagno Errol è chiaramente politica e fa parte di una storica tattica vendicativa dei meccanismi del governo dei vari regimi, contro anarchici/che militanti, ma anche contro ogni persona che combatte contro la repressione. Ogni nemico politico del governo dovrebbe essere allontanato e incarcerato con l’obiettivo di inazione e disarmo. Come conseguenza naturale della repressione dello stato, la detenzione del compagno a Petros Ralli si trasforma immediatamente in una detenzione politica e gli si impone un trattamento speciale, che si concretizza nell’isolamento dal resto dei detenuti, proseguendo poi con il suo trasferimento brutale al campo di Amigdaleza, dove gli viene nuovamente imposto l’isolamento, cercando così di impedire la sua azione politica all’ interno del carcere. Dopo alcuni giorni, l’amministrazione di Petru Ralli pubblica ufficialmente una decisione di espulsione di 7 anni insieme ad una seconda decisione di espulsione ausiliaria da parte della Sicurezza dello Stato. Il caso viene motivato sostenendo che il compagno è un pericolo per l’ordine pubblico e la sicurezza nazionale.

È chiaro che la decisione di espulsione si basa all’identità politica del compagno anarchico, il suo atteggiamento militante e la sua azione attiva nelle lotte politiche e sociali. Una condanna che si aggiunge alla lunga lista di quella relativa alla criminalizzazione delle e dei militanti. Un altro tentativo di applicazione dei metodi di repressione politica che usa il governo di ND della dottrina “legge- ordine- sicurezza” che mira all’eliminazione e alll’esaurimento di ogni soggetto politico che lotta, condannando cosi chiunque scelga di collettivizzare e partecipare attivamente alla resistenza contro lo stato e il capitale, facendo partire la scintilla della rivolta e aprendo la strada per una società libera.L’arresto di Errol è significativo perché segna un aggiornamento repressivo da parte dello Stato, in cui un’accusa minore può anche portare alla reclusione e all’ espulsione di un soggetto politico. La condizione di paralisi ed eliminazione della resistenza sociale deve rompersi e la lotta per bloccare la persecuzione del nostro compagno è un passo verso in questa direzione.
