Am 22 .Juni um 10 Uhr und am 1. Juli um 11 Uhr finden Prozesse gegen zwei Verteidiger:innen der Liebig34 statt. Den Personen wird „Widerstand“ vorgeworfen. Das anarcha queerfeministische Hausprojekt Liebig34 wurde am 9. Oktober 2020 geräumt. 57 Flintas hatten sich an diesem Tag darin verbarikkadiert. Bullen und Staat gemeinsam haben einen wichtigen Ort für feministische Selbstorganisierung, antipatriarchale Angriffe und unkommerzielle Strukturen zerstört. Sie drangen mit schweren Geräten ein, kamen wie eine Seuche durch die Decken und Fenster gekrochen und haben sich dann an ihrer Unterdrückung ergötzt, Selfies gemacht und die Verteidiger:innen beleidigt. Der Vorwurf des Widerstands wird von den Bullen als ein wichtiges Unterwerfungsinstrument benutzt, um auf jede Form der „Nicht-Kooperation“ mit Repression zu reagieren. Es ist klar, dass es auch in den breiten Teilen der Gesellschaft weder Respekt für Polizeiarbeit noch Vertrauen darin gibt. Deshalb muss bis ins kleinste Detail erzwungen werden, dass Menschen mit den Bullen kooperieren und auf jeden ihrer dreckigen Befehle hören. Sich dieser Unterwerfung nicht hinzugeben ist ein wichtiger Schritt Haltung zu zeigen. Und diese Haltung teilen auch wir.
Deshalb rufen wir dazu auf, die von Repression Betroffenen zu unterstützen. Kommt am 22.06 um 10 Uhr und am 01.07. um 11 Uhr zum Gericht und er Turmstraße 91!

On June 22 at 10 a.m. and on July 1 at 11 a.m. trials of two Liebig34 defenders will take place. The persons are accused of „resistance“. The anarcha queerfeminist house project Liebig34 was evicted on October 9, 2020. 57 Flintas had barricaded themselves in it that day. Cops and the state together destroyed an important space for feminist self-organization, anti-patriarchal attacks, and noncommercial structures. They invaded with heavy equipment, came crawling through the ceilings and windows like a plague, and then feasted on their oppression, taking selfies and insulting the defenders inside. The accusation of „resistance“ is used by the cops as an important instrument of subjugation to respond to any form of „non-cooperation“ with repression. It is clear that there is neither respect for nor trust in police work, even in the broad sections of society. Therefore, it must be enforced down to the smallest detail that people cooperate with the cops and listen to every of their dirty orders. Not giving in to this submission is an important step to show attitude. And this is an attitude we also share.
That is why we call to support those affected by repression. Come on 22.06 at 10 o’clock and on 01.07 at 11 o’clock to the court at Turmstraße 91!
