The relations between the state of Israel and the German state are historically evident. This has led to a systematic persecution of Palestinians and any solidarity with them on German territory. Last year the German state began to show more fiercely its ties of friendship with the aparhaid regime, criminalizing demonstrations on Nakba Day. Since then, the persecution of and repression against Palestinian comrades has only increased. As part of their effort to silence all Palestinian voices, the German state is directly attacking the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, while deploying individualizing attacks on its members like Zaid Abdulnasser, putting them under threat of deportation.The attack against Samidoun is an attack against all that stand in solidarity with prisoners. As part of their effort to silence all Palestinian voices, the German state is directly attacking the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network. The attack against Samidoun is an attack against all that stand in solidarity with prisoners.

Prisons are meant to destroy our movements by taking away our comrades, friends and family, while using murder, torture and isolation to break the prisoners moral and organizing. In Germany isolation prison regimes, new versions of the 70’s white torture, are used against prisoners accused of §129b. In occupied Palestine the Israeli forces routinely submit Palestinian prisoners to brutal torture including severe beatings, solitary confinement, force feedings and psychological torture.

Despite the harsh conditions Palestinian prisoners continue their struggle and their fight is echoed by peoples outside prison standing in solidarity. The attack against the solidarity with prisoners turns the German state into an accomplice in the apartheid occupation and its murderous prisons.

Palestinian refugees are one of the most endless cases of displacement. The Zionist colonial project is based on the slogan „a land without people, for a people without land“, which eliminates the existence of all people living previously in Palestine. Therefore, the direct consequence of the establishment of the State of Israel was and is the continuous expulsion of Palestinians from their land.

In Berlin, where the largest Palestinian community in Europe lives, the repression threatens them to lose or not to get their documents. In order to protect the Zionist colonial project and their relations, Germany silences the voices of those who organize and fight back. At this moment, Zaid Abdulnasser, is threatened with the withdrawal of his refugee status for being part of Samidoun. But, this is not an isolated case. In the past Kurdish and Turkish people have been repressed with the same methods. We don’t tolerate these attacks and stand in solidarity with those who raise their voices.

Im Rahmen der Bemühungen des deutschen States, alle palästinensischen Stimmen zum Schweigen zu bringen, greift dieser das Samidoun-Netzwerk für die Solidarität mit palästinensischen Gefangenen direkt an. Der Angriff auf Samidoun ist ein Angriff auf alle, die sich mit den Gefangenen solidarisch zeigen.

Gefängnisse sind dazu da, unsere Bewegungen zu zerstören, indem sie uns unsere Kamerad*innen, Freund*innen und Familienmitglieder wegnehmen, während sie Mord, Folter und Isolation einsetzen, um die Moral der Gefangenen zu brechen. In Deutschland werden Isolationsgefängnisse, neue Versionen der „Weißen Folter“ aus den 70er Jahren, gegen Gefangene eingesetzt, die des §129b beschuldigt werden. Im besetzten Palästina, setzen die Israelis palästinensische Gefangene routinemäßig brutaler Folter aus, einschließlich schwerer Schläge, Isolationshaft, Zwangsernährung und psychologischer Folter.

Trotz der harten Bedingungen setzen die palästinensischen Gefangenen ihren Kampf fort, und ihr Kampf findet ein Echo bei den Menschen außerhalb der Gefängnisse, die sich solidarisch zeigen. Der Angriff auf die Solidarität mit den Gefangenen macht den deutschen Staat zum Komplizen der Apartheid Besetzung und ihrer mörderischen Gefängnisse.

Die palästinensischen Flüchtlinge sind einer der längsten Fälle von Vertreibung. Das zionistische Kolonialprojekt basiert auf dem Slogan „ein Land ohne Menschen, für ein Volk ohne Land“, der die Existenz aller zuvor in Palästina lebenden Menschen auslöscht. Die unmittelbare Folge der Gründung des Staates Israel war und ist daher die kontinuierliche Vertreibung der Palästinenser von ihrem Land.

In Berlin, wo die größte palästinensische Gemeinschaft in Europa lebt, droht der Repressions Apparat, dass diese ihre Papiere verlieren oder nicht bekommen. Um das zionistische Kolonialprojekt und seine Beziehungen zu schützen, bringt Deutschland die Stimmen derjenigen zum Schweigen, die sich organisieren und wehren. In diesem Moment droht Zaid Abdulnasser der Entzug seines Flüchtlingsstatus, weil er Teil von Samidoun ist. Doch dies ist kein Einzelfall. In der Vergangenheit wurden kurdische und türkische Personen mit den gleichen Methoden unterdrückt. Wir verurteilen diese Angriffe stark und stehen solidarisch an der Seite derjenigen, die ihre Stimme erheben.
